EarthBound is a regenerative urbanism practice rooted in the Eastern Cape. We restore degraded land, grow food in cities, train the next generation of ecological practitioners, and build community infrastructure that outlasts us ∞ by learning from nature and co-creating with it, in rhythm with the only design system ever proven to work at planetary scale across geological time.

Permanently sequestered carbon from green mass that would otherwise decompose or be dumped. Every tonne buried is a tonne withdrawn from the atmosphere ∞ verifiable on international markets.

A standard 600m² HugelScaped system has the potential to store the equivalent of 98,000 litres of water ∞ making every rain event work for months, not hours. Add technology, and both capacity and output only increase.

Canopy, sub-canopy, shrub, herbaceous, ground cover, root, and vine ∞ stacked in the same footprint to maximise production, biodiversity, and resilience in every regenerative node.

We are living through a moment of transition. The extractive patterns of the past ∞ in land, in labour, in community ∞ are giving way to something older and wiser. EarthBound exists at that threshold. We are not here to argue with what is passing. We are here to build what is coming: systems and structures so alive, so abundant, so genuinely good for everyone who touches them, that the shift becomes not just possible but irresistible.
