Our Regenerative Specialist works alongside whoever shows up. They explain what's being planted and why. They demonstrate what to watch for. They build knowledge into the people who will tend the space between visits ∞ so the design keeps holding long after the team has left.
The client pays their people's normal wage. EarthBound provides the Specialist. The upskilling happens as a natural consequence of the work the site needs doing. The Academy is EarthBound's teaching and skills institution ∞ a place with its own identity and its own trajectory. Every Regenerative Package holder joins it. Not as an add-on. As the knowledge layer woven through everything we do together.
Each tier defines your physical service level ∞ visit frequency, team size, Specialist time. All tiers include full Academy access. Higher tiers modify rather than accumulate lower tier benefits.
How Seed works: Full Academy access and WhatsApp support from day one. Tend your space. Ask your questions. Build the practice. After six months of active membership, your Specialist comes to you. The relationship earns the visit ∞ and the accumulated fees mean that visit is properly resourced when it arrives.

At 1,000 hours, Earth Sculptors become eligible to form or join a worker co-operative. The co-op takes collective responsibility for a production zone. Hours already paid convert into equity-equivalent rights in the land and infrastructure they helped build. Paid to invest in their own business.
Some contributors don't visit the site. They live on it. Contributing daily to the ecology they're helping build, tending what needs tending, learning alongside the system as it develops. Three to five hours of meaningful site work each day accounts for entropy ∞ the daily maintenance every living system requires ∞ and earns your place in the community.
Alongside the time economy, EarthBound pays fair wages to employees and subcontractors for the specialised services the hub actually needs. These two tracks run in parallel without tension. Not green building. Not sustainable design. Not eco-construction with ecological features added afterward. Biological Architecture is the inverse ∞ the organism is the structure. The growth is the construction process. The biology does the work that concrete and steel do in the extractive model.
But it also breathes. It sequesters carbon while you sleep beneath it. It cools its interior through transpiration. It filters light differently through every season. It improves every year rather than degrading. The built environment and the ecological environment are the same environment.

Nothing leaves as waste. Surplus beyond distribution returns to the soil as compost. The cycle closes completely.
